Michael has worked in the medical industry for many years. He owns and has renovated multiple properties, some of which he provides ongoing property management. Recently he has been buying, managing, and selling businesses. He is a lead investor in Synergistic Capital Group along with being part owner. His goal is to show others how to easily invest in this safe and real estate backed company. 

Ben has been in real estate related industries since his early 20's. He first owned a construction business which was built to over 25 employees and operating in 3 states. He then facilitated a cash buyout of the business in 2010 and transitioned to acquiring real estate. A buy and hold company was formed along with a fix and flip company. In 2023 to add value to these established companies and tap into a discovered need in the market Ben decided to add a sales and marketing company to locate and buy discounted properties and also build out a lending division to the portfolio. Currently these companies are being scaled and expanded into multiple states.
